In the stories in Marvel Comics, the figure of Kang The Conqueror often joins or joins various teams consisting of epic characters. In Garry Duggan's Savage Avengers comic, Kang agrees to join the team to defeat the villain Kulan Gath. Kulan himself is an evil wizard from the Hyborian era. The team decides to recruit Kang, because they know Kang has the power and is capable of defeating Kulan after the villain destroyed the Avengers and X-Men so easily.
Cosmic Avengers
Cosmic Avengers is a fairly new team of heroes in the Marvel universe. The team was first introduced in 2018 in the Infinity Wars #4 comic. This team consists of heroes who mostly have cosmic powers such as Kamala Khan alias Ms. Marvel, Adam Warlock, Hulk, Emma Frost, Loki, Ant-Man, and also Kang the Conqueror.
Cosmic Avengers is a team deliberately formed by Loki to stop Gamora from going out of control and about to destroy the entire universe. And he then recruited Kang, after previously Emma Frost and Ms. Marvel first joined. What's interesting is the reason Loki chose these characters because he was considered suitable or able to use one of the powers of Infinity Stones/Gems. And what's unfortunate is that this team only appeared more or less twice.
Cosmic Champions
Cosmic Champions isn't really a team like the two examples above. This is a "team" that appears in the first storyline of Secret Wars in 1984. In the story, many characters are kidnapped from their universe to then fight each other on an artificial planet called Battleworld. The team is then divided again into two; those who have great desires and also small desires/selfishness.
